My fitbit ionic watch  is not turning on even after putting it for charging.

What am i supposed to do ? Its not even a year old 😞

Is there any Fitbit device service centres in Sydney, Australia?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic. Currently, we don't have any repaired center where you can take your Ionic but we have many channels of communication and we'll be happy to assist you. 

 

I would like you to restart your watch and then try charging it again but this time try changing USB ports.
