Yesterday I tried update the latest firmware and it didn't successful. Not sure why and after that my Fitbit ionic is not getting turned on. I tried to charge it , long hold left and right bottom button, but nothing helped

Exactly the same thing happened to me yesterday.  Nothing is working, blank screen.

 Hold the left and bottom right button for 10 sec. i just figured it out.

Thanks Silvia, I am very frustrated, didn’t realise how hard it is to live without my fitbit.  Feeling frustrated because I’ve tried everything other people have suggested to no avail!
