Ionic not turning on

Hello!

 

I've had my Fitbit for almost a year. I have been using it frequently, and suddenly last week, it stopped working. I immediately put it on the charger and waited for it to finish. Once it was finished, the Fitbit diamond signal continues to flash. I reset the watch, and it went back to normal. But for some reason, the screen would not move unless I pressed the side buttons. I proceeded to restart the watch again, but it has not turned back at this time. I have had it on the charger for two days and NOTHING!!

 

I'm distraught because I've spent a lot of money on this watch and I continuously use it. I do not want to have to buy a new watch during this crisis. 

 

Can someone please help me!!
