Ionic not turning on

I have had my Fitbit Ionic since August 2019 and it has not had any major issues.  Yesterday, I successfully synced my Ionic (Firmware version: 27.70.7.14) in the morning, but later in the afternoon I was syncing and my steps, floors, etc. all started appearing in the app, but then it went red and said "Failed to Sync Device."  I rebooted my phone (iPhone 11) and tried it a few more times with the same result.  This morning I tried to sync it again with the same results.  I went to the Settings on my Iconic and it had a question mark (?) instead of any choices.  I did a hard reboot of my Ionic (all three buttons at once) and it went into a reboot loop.  It continued to do this for for some time with no success at stopping it.  I did the all three button for 15 seconds and released the bottom right button and it did vibrate so I thought it might fix it, but over an hour later it still has not turned on.  I cleaned the contacts on the charging cable (though my Ionic was at 90% this morning) and also the contacts on my Ionic.  It has been charging for about an hour without any success.  Any thoughts of what I could do next?
