Hi,
When i try to turn on Fitbit Ionic Comes the logo but nothing more hapens.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To resolve this situation, please follow the next steps to perform a factory reset on your Ionic:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if the issue persists.

I did it but after logo disapear it didnt vivrate and nothing more hapen. After a few hours the logo apears again I folow the instrutions again and hapen the same

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THIS!!!
My Fitbit just went blank a couple days ago and I have had it plugged in since then in hopes that it would eventually reboot (this has previously happened..). Spoiler alert, it still wouldn't turn on after 2 days!
I thought I would try this even though it is for a slightly different issue and BOOM! it turned on!! You have saved me from being completely lost in time and possibly buying a different brand as my watch isn't even that old. Thank you so so much! Truly appreciate the info!
