My Ionic device battery was completely drained and after that, I have tried to charge the device for several hours but it's not getting charged. The device is completely unresponsive!

I’ve got the same problem, this is the second time it’s happened. The last time I sent it off and they said it was the sensor on the back but I’m not too sure as it’s happened again!

let me know if you find a solution to this issue please

There's about ten others of us having the same issue. All I get is this flashing fitbit symbol the back light comes on and nothing else. Yesterday battery was at 65% by the evening the last thing I saw on my screen was 0% put it on charge and after that nothing. I've done a two and three button reset. And nothing. It's gone 😞 someone else said they left theirs on charge for three hours and it came back. Sadly mine hasn't. Report to fitbit on twitter and they will look into it for you. Fingers crossed yours starts working again.
