Ionic battery completely dead and won't charge or restart...the battery since about week 2 only last for a couple days, not the 5 days it boast....I have only been using this watch for a couple months...Help...I'm so disappointed...

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
