Yesterday's data was erased

So almost all data from yesterday is lost, the most important data anyway.

when I opened the app yesterday it showed accurate data and now all of the sudden most is gone, like erased or so

that is so not cool, Iam really p*ssed right now

Anyone else experienced this?

Btw app is in sync with dashboard, same incomplete data

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using? All your stats were erased or just, for example, an exercise activity that was logged? In the meantime I receive your answers, you can manually log the information that was unfortunately deleted following the steps that are specified on: How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?

Thanks you for your replay, appreciate that.

Thuis morning I found that overnight all data has magically been restored.

I didn't take any action whatsoever but anyway I am not complaining.
