Once I turn do not disturb off in the mornings I have to restart my Fitbit to get notifications going again anyone know how to fix it.

@Jdawson8 A warm welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know what you're experiencing with your notifications. 

I would like you to confirm that there isn't any other setting turned on such as Sleep Mode because this could cause that your watch doesn't turn on or vibrate when you receive them. Learn more about it by checking this article How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen? When did this start happening?
