Ionic not turning on

I charged my Ionic at work to 100% yesterday afternoon, I set my alarm as I normally do before bed last night but don't recall what the battery level was at. My alarm didn't go off as it should have this morning and woke on my own at 0730 and Ionic was dead. I checked my Fitbit app on my android device and showed my last sync was at 0059 and my battery was at medium level. I have left my Ionic charging all day and holding the left buttom and bottom right for at least 15 seconds does not turn it back on. I have cleaned the contacts with wipes, tried charging it on my computer, in my car, to no avail. What else can I try? I have had several fitbits over the course of 7 years but none last over two years. I think I am finally ready to switch over to Garmin!
