Ionic not turning on

Went to sleep at night, Ionic did not wake me - it is dead any cannot be started anymore. The battery was almost full when I went to sleep, but I tried connecting it to power anyway... still dead.

This is now the third time this happens. On both previous occurances, the problem could only be solved by sending me a new device.

Please send me a new device.

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

I followed all the articles but nothing worked - Ionic stayed dead.

Now, after 24 hours on the charger, I now simply tried switching it on again, and it immediately did...

I tried multiple times yesterday, with different chargers, so it cannot have been an issue with an empty battery.

Hi,

Even my ionic is not turning on at all. Till date it was working fine and suddenly it has gone off. I have charged it for several hours and even tried hard reset, nothing is showing on the screen. It was working just until 3 hours ago. Please help 😞
