My iconic will not update any body got any tips if not it's going in the bin and hello garmin

@Robert497 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I would like you to double check your Ionic's version by going to your Fitbit app and tap on your watch's icon. After this, you'll see the version that it has, the latest firmware version is  27.70.7.14.

 

If this isn't the version you have, please confirm you're following this procedure to update it. If you encounter issues, follow the tips mentioned in this article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

Thank you for the info. My friend said leave it on over night and that is what I have done
