Run data from my Fitbit Ionic has stopped uploading to Strava App. Was working fine until a week ago?? Checked connections and all in order.

Welcome to the Community @Vickiionic!
Let me help you with that. I recommend revoking access to Strava and then linking it again, follow the instructions listed on this great article.
Hope it helps!

Mine is syncing fine last upload was this afternoon with no issues @Leesap so perhaps what you are experiencing is another issue?

Looks like there was a momentary fix over the past few days. None of my runs from today have showed up in Strava. Time to switch to Garmin.

@training4boston Still no issues for me synced a further acrivity from Fitbit to Strava this afternoon. Have you tried rebooting your Ionic to see if that works?

@Tony.r None of the "solutions" have worked. I've resorted to manually downloading/uploading my activities, which works but is very annoying when you're on the go. I understand that this is an ongoing issue affecting random users. At some point you have to move on.

@training4boston I'm sure a fix will happen. As you say it appears not every user is affected, can understand your frustrations with having to manually upload your workouts. Wondering if you have updated to the latest firmware yet or are you on the same as me which is 27.32.4.19?
