Hi I have been through the forum and tried everything on here, setting up notifications on both iphone, fitbit app and ionic watch. I receive the message on my watch but it does not vibrate to tell me there is a message, I have to just check? Can someone help with this please?

Hi @Wizzylizzy, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if your device isn't vibrating at all (i.e. when you charge it or when you setup an alarm) or just with the text notifications? What about phone call notifications? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try our restart process and let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks for your reply @Wizzylizzy.
The details that were shared in your post are appreciated, the good news are that the motor of your Ionic is not damaged and this is the reason why it does vibrate when you receive phone calls and other watch actions. That said, I recommend you to re-setup the notifications feature following the steps that are specified on our help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and then please make sure that the power management is disabled for the Firbit app.
Let me know if the issue persists.
