Ionic not keeping the right time

My clock is not keeping the right time and I cannot sync the Fitbit ionic to my app on my phone and I rebooted the ionic 17 times today. Very frustrated!

I did contact them back and the problem is the Fitbit is not syncing at all, so the problem is not resolved. I’m going to contact them again on Monday to see the status of the fix. According to the Fitbit customer service supervisor , it appears that the iPhone update is messing with the Fitbit syncing capability and they are supposedly working on it. I am still very disappointed, it’s been a week now that I’ve had no tracking history. And, this is my third ionic replacement - absolutely ridiculous!

The Fitbit Ionic still doesn’t sync it won’t do anything at all it won’t connect to anything I’ve been talking with the Fitbit folks on the phone and they can’t help me they just say they’re working on the software problem regarding the syncing issue and I just have to wait and wait and wait and meanwhile I have no tracker that works. the ionic is crap, this is my fourth ionic- it’s the third replacement. I have 4 Ionics here and none of them work; they work for about a year and then I get a replacement either under warranty or not under warranty and then a year later that one fails and this has happened four times now. Even if they fix the syncing software problem I still don’t think that the ionic that I have is ever going to work again and that’s my issue. I’ve been a Fitbit customer since the early 2010s and I’ve had many different kinds of Fitbits and the Ionic is the worst of them all.
