Hi- brand New Ionic not vibrating. All other functions seem ok. Having same issue with the Blaze that I am replacing. I’d wonder if it is a setting I accidentally hit on my phone? iPhone user.

Hi @Alainarg1 Does it vibrate at other times? Or is there no vibration at all? If it is just with notifications then give a long press on the left button and check that notifications are on (you mat need to swip left if the fitbit pay screen comes up) please come back here if yoh are still having problems.

A warm welcome to the Community @Alainarg1! Sorry to hear that your Ionic isn't vibrating at all. I appreciate that you've checked if it vibrates for other things as mentioned by @NellyG.
I would like you to restart it and check if it vibrates after it.
Hope this helps. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
