How can I turn on my brand new Ionic? I turned it of after loading in order of the setup instructions. Left and right down button. I don't have a clue anymore

@Riaria Welcome to the Community. Give your left button a short press and it will trigger the boot sequence, you will see the Fitbit emblem appear and when the sequence has finished you will get a short buzz from it once complete.

I'm a little sad, because it does not work. Thanks for your quick reply though. It is a refurbished one. Maybe the watch is not good.

Try popping it on the charger to see if it will accept a charge.

Mine stopped working today. Talked to customer service, all they offered me was 40% off to buy a new one... does not help the fact that I spend $270 a year ago.

It does sound like it's dud, as you said it was secondhand, I would definitely report it to the vendor and request a refund or a replacement if possible.

Hmmm that's nasty. In Holland the customers are we'll protected by law. We can send it back for free in 8 days and get money back no matter for what reason. And 1 or 3 years guaranty on products. I need to go to the store and they have to help me out, not to Fitbit Company. So that's what I'm gonna do, I guess.
