Ionic not vibrating

My Ionic doesn't vibrate. All settings are on - everywhere. I have rebooted 3 times. The thing is I can hear it vibrate - the dzzzz dzzzz sound- but I cannot feel anything. It is set to hard. Can the thing that makes it vibrate be broken?

A warm welcome to the Community @Sceevs! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned as well for the restarts that you've performed.

It's pretty weird what you're experiencing. I would like you to confirm that you've restarted following these steps. Also, set some alarms and check if you feel any vibration when you reach your main goal.

Also, reply to the following questions:

- Does your setting has always been set to strong?

- When does it started happening?

- Do you feel a small vibration or do you just hear some noise when you test the vibration motor?

Hope this helps! Keep me posted!

Hi it was previously set to soft which was enough, I changed it to hard now but it doesnt make a difference. I have restarted and set loads of alarms.

The "fireworks" go off when I reach goal but I dont even realise it as I cant feel anything. It vibrates extremely light, I can only feel it if I touch it with my other hand. It started about 2 to 3 weeks ago. Thank you for trying to assist. I also checked firmware updates but it doesnt prompt me for any.
