Hi @Kelcidot, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If your Ionic isn't vibrating when you reach your goals, please try our restart process following the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

In regards the silent alarms, please check our help article: How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device?

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hello again @Kelcidot, sorry for the delayed reply.

Since you're using an Ionic device, the alarm needs to be setup directly from the device and not your account. To do so, please follow the next steps:

  1. On your device, open the Alarms app

. You see your next scheduled alarms and the option to set a new alarm.
  2. Tap + New Alarm. Swipe up to see this option if you already created multiple alarms.
  3. Tap the time, and swipe to set the alarm time. Be sure to set am or pm.
  4. Press the back button on your device, and choose whether to turn on Smart Wake. When enabled, Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. It avoids waking you during deep sleep so you're more likely to wake up feeling refreshed. If Smart Wake can’t find the best time to wake you, your alarm alerts you at the set time.
    • Alarms that use the Smart Wake setting have a different icon

       than the other alarms

       on your watch.
  5. Choose the days you want to be alerted.
  6. Press the back button to see your alarms. To turn off an alarm, tap the alarm icon

    .

Note that alarms won't go off if your device has less than 8% battery.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Wondering if you have been able to resolve your issue?  My Fitbit Ionic will not vibrate either for 10k steps or the 250 steps per hour.  It is only vibrating at the 1km intervals for running but not walking.

Also having issue with the HR "no measurements"

There's no e-mail support but that wasn't helpful in the past anyway.

Wondering if I need to get a new one but it's only just out of warranty.
