Hello, I recently contacted the fitbit team about a problem with my Ionic, they confirm that it is under warranty and tell me that I should send the monitor to their warehouse in the Netherlands. I am honestly very suspicious, therefore I wanted to know if someone else has been through the same situation. If it is reliable? If so, to send it immediately.

Hi @Rulo250286 I've notified a moderator about your post. They should be able to let you know and they will have "Fitbit" after their name, so you will know they are an employee of the company.
