Ionic not working

I got my ionic as a gift in November. Last week it randomly ran out of battery with no warning. Since then it spent 5 days not recording any steps or sleep and then today it suddenly recorded a massive 26000 steps despite the fact I spent most of the day in a car! It will also buzz and flash up the fitbit symbol several times a day. This happened to anyone else??

Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt fix it try a factory reset (settings app and scroll down to about). If that doesnt work either, you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )
