I'm having a major issue with my fitbit ionic. It wouldn't sync for the past few days so tonight I removed device from app and did a factory reset on fitbit. Now it' not doing anything, my phone is not even picking it up on Bluetooth any more. Getting really frustrated. Please Help

The factory reset will require you to setup your tracker as a new replacement tracker.
As for your bluetooth finding the tracker, who cares, you need to do it all through the app.
The only thing you need to do is remove the ionic from your Bluetooth settings. restart the phone and maybe the tracker. You also want to make sure the Fitbit app has been updated if an update is a soluble.
Doing a factory reset or removing the tracker from your account is rarely ever needed to get a tracker to sync .
However when asking about a phone problem, it is helpful for us if we know what phone the problem is with.
Can't reqllyrhelp without knowing the phone type .
