Ionic not working

About a month ago my Ionic started getting lines through the display. It was annoying but not a major issue. Over the past 2 weeks the Ionic has stopped functioning correctly. Switches on and off on its own, switches between displays on its own and constantly flickers. Have tried rebooting numerous times and the issues continue. It does track the steps accurately but other than that it is not really functional. It is out of warranty and need to know what to do or who to contact.

Try a Factory Reset before giving up on it.  You will be returned to the way it was brand new and start all over again. Swipe left to Settings, then About and then Factory Reset.  Charge it fully before.

That did not work- getting a red X -"data not cleared, Sync and try again". Not syncing or pairing with the app-tried rebooting and goes back to error message.

Only thing left is contact Customer Support.  Maybe they will offer you some kind of deal.
