Ionic not working

My Ionic died yesterday and nothing customer support has suggested has helped.  Very disappointed in the reliability of the watch.  Just 14 months old and money down the drain.  Will not purchase another Fitbit watch.  😞.  I really like the Fitbit experience but the watches need to improve.
