Ionic not working

my ionic was working fine then all of a sudden nothing on screen. According to app it has medium battery. I have tried turning it on but that doesnt work i habe jad it on charge for 2 hrs just incase ans it is still not coming on. Help please

The exact same thing happened to my Ionic. The battery according to the app was at medium. I thought that it was just incorrect, so I tried plugging it in. NOTHING. I've just now put in a claim ticket with Customer Support, AFTER I found out that one of my friends who also had an Ionic had the same problem.

I have contacted customer service I have had one response about the battery
charging troubleshooting which has been done and still nothing. So waiting
for another reponse
