I have only had my ionic for 11 months and it has the epic black screen. The ionic had a few problems prior to this examples not logging steps, heart rate, randomly resetting itself. I have had to do a factory reset multiple times but it normally works. I have spent days trying all the stuff on your forums for resetting the watch and waiting for the watch to die then recharge and still no screen display. I am currently considering moving to another watch company entirely. You can look at how many watches I have purchased from your company over the years and I am just baffled in how these just stop working.

All started around the same time and seemed to failure around 15/16 months randomly.

Ya i tried all that stuff. I appreciate you taking some time hades more than fitbit did here. I figured fitbit would try to contact me about this but I will just be moving on and discouraging people from there products which is unfortunate since I have promoted there customer service. It does appear as if they have made it a lot harder to get into contact with them since all these problems are coming out.
