Anyone else have complaints about the watch?
I bought it in 2017 it crashed and burned. I received a replacement in 2018 and it just crashed and burned. At close to $300 I give up. I took my old watch out of the drawer and guess what, it is still working. I am done with Fitbit.
Rant over.
Waiting for Google to come out with one.

Hello Silvia, when they replaced it the first time they told there was no more warranty. I did not bother to contact them again. It stopped recording my sleep about a week ago, then yesterday the screen was showing vertical colored lines only then last night it went dead. No screen will not charge. The app says it synced a few minutes ago.
Can you help?

I’m close to the same!! Mine will not swipe in any direction. Touchscreen is not functioning at all!! Fitbit needs to fix it soon as possible. Warranty sux too
