I am having ALL sorts of issues with my Fitbit Ionic and it is very frustrating! My Ionic continuously is not syncing, displaying device not found and NOT receiving notifications. I have tried numerous steps numerous times in an attempt correct these issues ... performed soft and hard reset on Ionic, power off and on both devices, cleared cache, update software on both devices, turned Bluetooth off and on, uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app, forced stop Fitbit app, uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app, removed Fitbit Ionic and reinstalled it, called customer support phone service was NOT able to help me correct my issues either (by the way I have NOT been able to reach (877) 623-4997 customer service today because the line has been busy ALL day). I am constantly powering off my Samsung Galaxy S8 active and Ionic to get both devices to try to recognize each other to sync and sometimes it works but unfortunately most times it does NOT work. Please is there anyone with a productive recommendation/solution? I truly have enjoyed my Ionic and would prefer not to switch to a non-Fitbit product but for the price of the Ionic and the length of time that I have been having issues is unacceptable.
