My ionic Fitbit has not worked since Monday. It will not power on at all. I have tried plugging the cable to computer to charge it, used a different power source, bought a new charger for it, and even made sure there was no dirt or debris preventing it from charging. Still nothing! I’m sad and disappointed because I have not had this very long and it’s not working. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t shower or swim with it. I guess I will need to see about a replacement.
