Ionic notifications not vibrating

When alarms go off or messages received, ionic doesn’t vibrate

@Rainbow75 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

I would like you to follow the tips mentioned in this article: Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me? Is it not vibrating with all notifications or only with text messages? Which phone are you using?

It’s not vibrating on texts, alarms or timers. iPhone 7. Have checked watch & notifications are on & ive reset to ‘strong’. Tried switching phone setting on & off too

Advice sought here & referred onto Fitbit Support. Originally notifications weren’t vibrating; advised restart & turn off/on. Advice followed but now won’t turn back on.  I now have no working watch...
