Hi all just got an ionic and have set up as advised but it’s not showing me calls, text messages etc. Any advice? Ta

I would like you to confirm you've followed this procedure to set your notifications. If after verifying this you're still having issues, please force quit the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and set them up again. You can follow the instructions here.

Here's the statement given to me during a support session with Fitbit Support concerning the same issue I am experiencing with a Fitbit Ionic Watch (version 27.33.130) paired with an iPhone X (iOS 12.3.1):
