So recently my ionic stopped getting any notification from my phone. I came here and followed all the advice about syncing or removing from my app to restarting, etc. so now I get the calendar alerts and phone calls but still no text messages. Please help. I have the most up to date app and IOS on my phone. I am seriously thinking about switching to an Apple Watch.

Apple created the problem with its recent update.  Fitbit is working on a solution.

I'm sorry cbwilsha, but that is utter bull. I have an Android and this is happening too. Look on the firmware update thread and there are tons of Fitbit users having this issue.

@Jcorneau2this has been going on a while and nothing appears to be able to fix it, including factory resets. Fitbit have known about this issue for months and have no idea to fix it.

I have been having the same issue for the last week. It has been extremely annoying and frustrating!!
