Following a hike yesterday where my fitbit performed nominally. Afterwards, I was getting errors where my steps, floors, calories, etc are usually displayed. I attempted to shut down via the system icon (which I usually use) only to have a "?" displayed after I touched it. It did not otherwise respond. I then attempted to restart using the left button plus the lower right. Now the only thing my fitbit will do is show the fitbit icon when I press any button. It does nothing else and will not sync. And yes, I did get the latest update the other day. Please help!

Hi @VeloChap, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this tro our attention and for the details that were shared, your effort trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. To resolve this issue, I recommend you to try the following steps to perform a factory reset on your device:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if the issue persists and if you have any additional questions.

I attempted this rest 4 times so far. Each time I get a message "data not cleared, sync and try again". So am going to say this fix did not work. What other suggestions do you have?
