My wifes Ionic looses between 5 and 10 minutes per hour when standalone. This seems to have started after the latest update. Since it's when standalone, it shouldn't be related to the Bluetooth Connection with the mobile. However, we have tried all the unpairing, pairing, restarting, uninstall, install stuff.
Next thing we discovered was that it doesn't sync unless charging… Hmmm… Like it think the battery is almost empty. May it be a hardware error (shortcut), or the latest firmware?
So, when charging; Everything works OK.
When not charging; Loosing time and won't sync.
What can she do? The Ionic is not even a year old.

Hi @pese, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Charge 2 it should display the correct time. If you're experiencing syncing difficulties, please try the troubleshooting steps from our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Sorry if my english isn't the best, it's not my native language.
First of all, it's an Ionic and not a Charge 2 as in your answer.
It does sync properly, but only when charging.
But Ionic is designed to use without the mobile device when exercising. It's not acceptable that it slows 5-10 minutes (today it's even more) per hour.
It worked perfectly until the latest uppdate that arrived last week.
