Ionic pausing during exercise

Hi, 

I am having some issues with Ionic pausing the exercise. Due to weather conditions I have to wear either a long sleeve or a thin jacket. In the beginning I assumed the problems were because of screen wake being set to Auto, and the jacket/long sleeve then somehow managed to pause the exercise on the screen, but even after disabling this feature it keeps happening. I've done 4 bike rides this week, which of all have been paused sometime during the ride. I ended up disabling the following features to try and sort it out; 

• Auto-pause on the exercise mode(s) 
• Changed screen wake from Auto (Motion) to Manual (Button)

Since this have not sorted it, I assume this is happening when I am riding bumpy roads, and the shock causes my hand to hit the bottom left button. Is it somehow possible to alter the pause from bottom right button, to the left button for instance? Are there other potential solutions? Not being able to fully track the exercise is a huge downside. Will try to ride with the clock on my right hand next time to see if I avoid accidental pauses. Appreciate any help - really happy with the Ionic.

@magstu Welcome to the Community. Thanks for letting me know that your Ionic is pausing during exercise. 

I appreciate the details and troubleshooting tried prior to posting. As you mentioned, if you're using long sleeves, this might be the reason why your exercise is pausing. 

In this case, you may want to track your activity using SmartTrack. This means that your activity will be auto recognized after 10 minutes of movement, please check this article to learn how to select those activities and change the time of recognition.
