Ionic peak heart rate readings missing from graph

8 days ago my Ionic stopped displaying peak heart rate, though it is on the monitor graph. A 60 minute workout now shows 11 minutes Cardio and 17 minutes fat burn. But has plenty of peak heart rate showing below.  Or last week playing hockey for 90 minutes it has 3 minutes cardio, 4 minutes fat burn and 0 minutes peak...with 87 minutes of graphed heart rate.

App is currently as is firmware at  27.331.30 unless there is newer?  Not sure what to do...have rebooted watch, phone...etc.

Maybe try restarting a few times - shutting down - changing clock faces.  Then resetting to new if feeling real lucky.  As this can sometimes brick a device.  But would contact Tech Support as well.  If your device is defective they will normally replace it on the spot.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic

@Bwalters613 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are having with Ionic heart rate readings missing. Thanks for restarting the watch and phone.

Have you tried the recommendations given by @Whistler888? I will leave the links to the instructions on how to do this for you to try that out:

I have restarted it several times, but will try different clock faces.  I have added/removed apps as well.  And the device was just replaced on warranty from dying altogether less than a month ago, so I am not sure I can do so again if this doesn't work.  I will be playing hockey tonight - sure to get plenty of peak time - and will see what it does.

Changing apps/clock faces appears to have resolved it.  It recorded my Peak times properly the next night while playing hockey!  Thanks all!
