i have a samsung note 3 .i have been trying to up date firmware for over 12 hours is this normal

@b_dog Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are currently experiencing with updating your Ionic to its latest firmware version.
I'd recommend trying these update troubleshooting steps in order to sort this out. This has helped other uses in the past.
Also, please note that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is not showing under the list of compatible devices. The one that is compatible is the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo. This could be the reason why you are not able to update in which case you can try using a computer to update.
