Hi there, I have been having problems with my Ionic since the last update. It constantly switches itself off and on, switches off in the middle of a workout, nothing appears on screen by either wrist shake or left button push (even though the phone app is detecting it as being on and able to sync) Ive tried factory resets, re-installed the app etc etc. Its incredibly frustrating and leading me to consider ditching it altogether. Please help!

If Factory Resets haven't solved your problem, then it is time to contact Customer Support.

My Ionic has had issues with the Watch Face since update. I am using Dual Ask Weather find in the heavy stats category, can only show analogue face. No stats available.
If you choose a face by Fitbit, not a third party, no problems..
The software update on the S8 has thrown out data syncing on all faces except original Fitbit faces.
