I gave had my Ionic replaced twice now in the first 3-4 months of owning it. It is the most expensive Fitbit but is it really the most dependable?

Can't really say, I've only had one Fitbit replaced and that was over 4 years ago.

Thanks Rich, I have went through 2 Fitbit charge 2's & two Ionics in less than 18 months
