Ionic "Backdated" clock face (by fitbit) question

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi

I've installed this clock face which is great however there's no explanation as to what the dots mean above my heart rate.  When it increases to say 98bpm (I'm guessing my first zone) two white dots appear..

However today I notice my heart rate (after a quick walk) was 107 but there was no white dots - i'm confused - anybody know (or any body at fitbit know?)

@RobIgoUK It's great to see you around. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I would like you to provide me with the name of the clock face that you're using, this will help me to clarify the dots information you're getting.

If it's a developer clock face, it's better to contact the developer directly. When you open the clock faces, you'll see the ones that were developed by Fitbit and the other ones that were developed by other people.

Keep me posted.
