I got my Ionic in early Dec. and have had no problems until I paired ear phones to it on Dec. 26th. later that morning on a walk, the Ionic rebooted. I didn't worry too much since I knew there was an update waiting for when I got back. I installed the update and had no problem for about a week and then a reboot while walking with the ear phones connected. Last week it rebooted twice and counting today (Mon.) it has rebooted three times this week (twice today). I am using a Fitbit clock face so don't think that is it. The ear phones work fine with my phone and tablet without any issues, playing until the batteries get low in the ear phones. An suggestions before I have to call support??
Thanks,

Thanks,
Mine randomly crashed and Tech Support immediately replaced it. So would do that right away. My replacement has not crashed. So maybe better internals or better QC or better whatever - seems to have solved that problem. At least for now. Call def.

I would first try a full factory reset before calling customer support.
