I recently (within a year) got my Ionic. I love it, or I did, until about 4 days ago. That's when it stopped receiving text notifications. ONLY texts. Every other notification I've set up works just fine. I've tried: restarting phone and Ionic, deleting and re-downloading the Fitbit app, unpairing the watch from my Samsung Note and re-pairing the bluetooth, restarting the bluetooth on my phone. I've tried basically every troubleshooting method I've seen on other forums, not sure if it's broken or if there's more suggestions I can try. Thanks in advance.

Unless your phone is a Note 5 or Note 9, it is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.

It's a Note 10, but I've had this phone for months and it just started having this issue. If it's "not approved" then the timeline doesn't make sense... (not saying you're wrong, just it doesnt make sense)

I'm sorry. I'm just relaying the facts.

Actually @Ninjesi the ionic never stopped reading your messages. The Fitbit app on the phone either stopped sending the messages or isn't able to receive messages.
Have you recently made a change to your phone settings?
Like maybe turn the notification sound volume off?
Put the phone into its do not disturb mode?
Does you notifications pop up on the phone while the phones screen is locked?
Have you tried logging out/in on the Fitbit app? This should renew the apps permissions.
Have you recently had an update to the phones OS? You may need to remove the Fitbit app and install fresh.

I’ve just had a replacement Fitbit and when I set it up it received notifications of texts, call etc . That lasted a couple of days and now I get none?

As per my original post, I restarted my phone, deleted and re-downloaded the fitbit app, logged out and back in, and restarted the Fitbit itself, among other things. My phone did recently update, but that did not coincide with the Fitbit stopping. This happened completely random and unprovoked, in the middle of the day when nothing else was happening.
