Ionic recording the same activity twice

Hi!

 When I do a treadmill training, I select the exercise treadmill on my Ionic. When I finish the training, in the app, shows the same exercise recorded in two different ways: treadmill and run, as shown in image.

Anyone can solve this?

This is terrible when syncing with third party apps... Because it sends two trainings instead of just one 😞

It's nice to see you around the forums @CarolMang! Thanks for sharing a screen shot of your Activity Log, nice way to go!

In this case, I would recommend to confirm the following: 

- You have the latest version of the app

- Log out from it and force quit it 

- You're manually logging activities by following these steps

- Have you ever used SmartTrack? 

- Does your Ionic has the correct timezone? 

Note that when you manually start an activity from your Ionic, these activities override any SmartTrack activities during the same time period. In this instance I'd recommend making sure that any manually started activity via the exercise app on the Ionic is completed before starting a new activity using SmartTrack. 

If you also have Strava linked to your Fitbit account, for information about what data will be transferred between your accounts please check out this post. The following activities won't be synchronized to Strava:

• Non-GPS activities 
• Previously completed activities
• Duplicate activities—that is, if you already recorded an activity with Strava, a Fitbit activity that occurs at the same time won't sync.
