Hello Fitbit Team,
If you would recall, I mentioned sometime ago about the complaints I had with my Ionic just showing up a blank screen (see here: Ionic Blank Screen); I got a replacement from Fitbit (yaayy but nope) and I have got it to sync with my device and I get the notification that it does sync.
The issue, however, is that I ONLY SEE THE FITBIT LOGO EVERYTIME!!!
It just shows the Fitbit logo and tells me to set it up which I have done obviously because then it would not sync.
How can I get past this??

I take it you have already tried restarting it?
If it's stuck on the setup screen, I would remove it from your account in the fitbit app and also unpair it from your phones Bluetooth settings. Then I would uninstall the fitbit app from your phone and then install it again, retry the setup process.
