Fitbit's online store in my region doesn't have ionic replacement bands. Which other current fitbit model's strap can I use on Ionic?

Unfortunately, the Ionic only works with straps made for that model - no other will fit. Have you tried the likes of Amazon - there are lots of Ionic compatible bands from other manufacturers in the UK Amazon store.
