I have had my Fitbit Ionic for two weeks now and have had to reset it back to factory settings three times! Each time it regains all my previous data but it's becoming increasingly frustrating. It refuses to sync to my iPhone and I have to turn the Bluetooth off and on. However, turning this back on does not restart the sync.
Has anyone else had this issue?

I've just tweeted and sent this to their FB page:
@FitbitSupport Ionic won't sync - again, again, again, again! Yes, I've done a reset, many times I have to do a rest! If I hadn't spent so much on this useless tech it would be in the bin now #ionic #fitbitionic
...and sent a screen capture which shows it has not carried out a sync since *yesterday morning* !!
