Has anyone had a issue with ionic resetting when using deezer music app and running (not using any tracking app)?

It happens almost everytime I'm at the gym. i use jaybird wireless ear buds and its frustrating that i lose my music for a few mins and have to stop to re sync my ear buds and start the deezer app again.

Welcome to the Community @Trigbee. Thanks for the details mentioned.

I haven't heard about issues with Ionic and Deezer. I would like you to restart your Ionic and try using the app and your Jaybird Wireless ear buds again. Could you try using your third-party headphones with music control in your phone and let me know the outcome?

I'll be around if you need further assistance.

LOL. Resetting, re-syncing DOES NOT HELP. Everytime I use Deezer through my Ionic via my bluetooth earphones the Ionic reboots itself. SOmetimes it takes 30 minutes or so, sometimes only 5 minutes. This causes GPS tracking app for running to loose its data too. How about a bug fix and a software update as oppsoed to the go to response of doing a hard reset of the Ionic.

Hey, I found out after paying more attention that it was a few songs that would cause it to reset every time they played. Removed them and only reset once since.

This is correct.  My watch restarts at the same point in certain songs.  Maybe they didn't download/sync fully?

Not sure if they downloaded incorrect or just a bad file. All I did was delete the couple causing the issue and didn't download them again. Most songs have a few different versions to download so your not stuck with the damaged file if you still want that song.
