Ionic restarting during sync

Hi,

Mi tracer cannot be sync. During the sync proces the tracker is always restarting and it makes always so. I restarted my phone many times, I restarted bloototh but nothing helps me.

I have newest Fitbit software, Samsung S8. Can anybody help me? 😕

Hey there @marecekch, it's nice to see you around the forums! I'd recommend doing a manually restart by following these steps:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
