Hi,
Mi tracer cannot be sync. During the sync proces the tracker is always restarting and it makes always so. I restarted my phone many times, I restarted bloototh but nothing helps me.
I have newest Fitbit software, Samsung S8. Can anybody help me? 😕

Hey there @marecekch, it's nice to see you around the forums! I'd recommend doing a manually restart by following these steps:
- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
- If your Fitbit Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
