Out of the blue, my Ionic started restarting all the time.
I don't know if any update happened in the background.
Ionic version is 33.1.30
Sometimes I get the "clock error...". I tried installing different clocks but I get the same result after installing anyone

@Gooneraki It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the details about the experience you have had with Ionic restarting itself randomly. Thanks for trying changing the clock faces. Usually, this helps sorting this out.
In this case, I'd recommend performing a restart on your watch. This should help refreshing the inner components of your watch. After doing that, try changing the clock face once again but this time please pick up a Fitbit developed clock face. You will find them at the Fitbit App Gallery. This should help you out with this.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!

I tried restarting and it didn't work.
Then I tried resetting and it didn't work either.
First, I removed Ionic form the app and unpaired it as a Bluetooth device.
Then I reset it using the side buttons method.
It didn't solve anything. I managed to add it and connect it between periods of restarts, but still nothing.
I also managed to update it but still..

Thanks for getting back to us and for following advised troubleshoot steps @Gooneraki. I'll be glad to continue assisting you.
Since restarting your Ionic didn't work, I recommend to factory reset your watch:
On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
Factory reset your Fitbit Ionic will erase apps and all personal data from the device, including credit or debit cards you added (on devices that support Fitbit Pay).
Please let me know how it goes and thank you for visiting the forums.

Hi Andrea,
The watch keeps on restarting so there is no way I can get into settings or anything.
