Ionic restarts during exercise

Hi All , Iam experiencing issues with Fitbit Ionic , it often gets restart while during the exercises connected to GPS , for example while using Exercise - Run , it often gets reset and sometime pops with the message in the tracker connecting to Exercise app. 

 

Can someone explain or give some solutions to this issue. iam running the latest OS.
